Discussion: SCORE Association LinkedIn: "The only thing I see as a negative with franchising is that sometimes people may have a special talent or skill or have a better way to do things but are not using them because the must conform to a system, so they are not working to their personal strengths. The sysem should allow for good ideas to flow from the bottom up and become part of the system. Use each team member's strenght to improve the system and everyone's performance"
